REFUND POLICY:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
WE WILL ONLY REFUND OR REPLACE ORDERS THAT ARE INACCURATE.

ORDER AND SHIPPING POLICY:
We accept orders 7 days a week. Due to orders being made to order, please allow 7-10 business days of processing time (14 during holidays or sales). When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number.

Due to sanitation and safety, no returns, or refunds will be allowed. If you receive the wrong item, please email a picture with your order number to pjshaircare@gmail.com .

Damaged Products:
If your item arrives damaged, please file a claim with the USPS and follow all of their directions via their website www.USPS.com. Your item is insured up to $100 included with purchase.

Please ensure all shipping information is correct. Parker J’s is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Once an order is placed we cannot change the address so please double check all information.

We reserve the right to not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

By checking out, you automatically agree to these terms of service.

Please ensure your billing and shipping address match. All orders that do not have matching addresses will be CANCELLED.

Make sure you apply your promo code before submitting your order. Once your order is submitted discounts cannot be applied.

If you place two separate orders they will be shipped separately. No orders will be combined.

Due to our products being made with natural ingredients, colors and textures may vary. Please read ingredients before making a purchase. We are not responsible for any reactions to your skin or hair. Products may come in contact with almond oil.
